Usually the bundle starts when your eSIM first connects to a local network at your destination. Install over Wi-Fi before you travel and activate on your trip.

Yes. Your holySIM eSIM is for mobile data. Your regular SIM can stay active for your own number, calls and messages.

Check Wi-Fi, device compatibility and whether your device is unlocked. If it still does not work, contact support through the link in your order email.

The bundles are data-only. Calls and messages work through apps such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, iMessage, Signal or Teams.

Usually a QR code can only be installed once. Do not delete your eSIM without asking support first.

If your eSIM does not work due to a technical issue, we cannot solve it and the bundle has not been used, we will look for a suitable solution or refund.
