An eSIM works next to your regular number. You stay reachable and your settings stay in place.

Common concerns

Most recent iPhones, Samsung Galaxy devices, and Google Pixels support eSIM. Also make sure your device is unlocked — that is required for a foreign data bundle.

Will WhatsApp and my number keep working?

Yes. Your regular SIM stays active for your phone number and WhatsApp keeps the same account.

Can I use my eSIM with my normal SIM?

Yes. Use the eSIM for data and your normal SIM for calls, texts and your own number.

What if I cannot scan the QR code?

Check wifi and phone settings. If it still does not work, support can help with manual setup details.
