How we handle your data

Minimal data

For an eSIM order, we only ask for the data needed to deliver your order and provide support. In checkout, that is your email address.

Why do we use your email address?

We use your email address to send your eSIM, installation instructions and necessary order updates. We do not use it for marketing without separate permission.

Payment data

Payments run through a secure payment provider. holySim does not store full card details in checkout.
